I. Information about the Conference on the Announcement of Quang Binh Provincial Master Plan and Investment Promotion in 2023

 5. Aim of the conference:

 The Conference on Announcement of Quang Binh Provincial Master Plan and Investment Promotion in 2023 aims to announce the Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021-2030, with vision to 2050, which has been approved by the Prime Minister, as well as other related plans. It also serves as an important forum for networking, meeting, and disseminating information about the potential, strengths, and investment opportunities of Quang Binh Province to the community of organizations, associations, businesses, and investors in Ha Noi, northern provinces, and both domestic and foreign regions. Through this event, the Conference aims to attract investors seeking opportunities for investment and business cooperation in the province, effectively exploit the province's potential and strengths, and contribute to promoting socio-economic development and improving the quality of life for the people.

• Opening speech by Mr. Tran Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province (the draft is attached herewith)

• Presentation of the Prime Minister's Approval Decision for the Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021-2030, with vision to 2050.

• Speeches and presentations by experts, associations, and investors.

• Directive speech by Mr. Le Minh Khai - Member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

• Awarding of Memorandum of Understanding on investment cooperation with 29 investors/32 projects and areas of investment interest with a total registered capital of 112,165 billion VND (~5.0 billion USD). The projects and areas include: 

- 3 projects in infrastructure with a total capital of 11,668 billion VND.

- 5 projects in Sports-Tourism with a total capital of 3,320 billion VND.

- 6 projects in industrial-energy-minerals with a total capital of 64,206 billion VND.

- 1 project in agriculture with a total capital of 401 billion VND.

- 17 areas of interest for investment in real estate with a total capital of 32,570 billion VND.

• Awarding of Cooperation Agreements between the Department of Tourism of Quang Binh Province and the Department of Tourism of Ha Noi City; between the Quang Binh Tourism Promotion Center and the UNESCO Travel Club Ha Noi.ss
